Camps in Congo were destroyed recently, and now 50,000 people have nowhere to go. Because of all the problems there, aid agencies haven't been bringing the people food and water. The congolese government believes that Rwanda is backing the group that is attacking them. There are 17,000 UN troops out there, but it would be too hard for them to stop all the conflict immediately. The Congo government is currently saying they are willing to negotiate with General Nkunda, so he and his troops will stop the killing, pillaging, and raping.
