Man on a secret mission

This story takes place in Knoxville, Tennessee. A man called the police from the air conditioning vent of the Knoxville Museum of Art. The man told them he was a special agent from the United States Illuminati, and was there to defuse and confiscate a soviet nuclear warhead. He said that the bomb was in a blue cow sculpture stored in the museums basement. While the "agent" was in the air vent, his "agency" called and said they made a mistake, and that the bomb was in a museum in a different city. The man was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.

This man must have some very bad mental problems, or had other intentions, like stealing something from the museum. Either way, this guy did a very bad job at what he was trying to do.
